of Potassium Acetate and Citrate that is
extremely effective in combating fires in today's
cooking appliances that use unsaturated cooking oils. This
chemical excels in effectively fighting
and cooling these very hot and
difficult fires. The application of
the agent using the extension wand provides a fine mist spray that
prevents splashing of the grease and confines it to the
cooking surface.
